FTK = Freedom Through Knowledge, a creative impact studio.
We design the blueprint that creates pathways for resources to flow where they’re needed most — through artist-led, community-rooted activations built to outlive the moment.

Born from 12 years of advocacy (our nonprofit roots began in 2013 in Brazil and Haiti), FTK is now scaling its mission through a for-profit model designed to sustain lasting impact within communities.

MEET THE LEADERS
AL Malonga
has over 14 years leading creative teams in the entertainment industry through her company, Wardrobe Breakdown, designing campaigns, film/TV projects, art installations, and experiential events. Later pivoted into branding and strategy as Chief Creative Officer of T.O.B.Y Agency (Tomorrow Owned By You), a Certified B Corporation committed to “Representing Representation” by supporting underfunded and underrepresented founders and projects across the U.S.
Hugues Sygney Jr.
holds leadership roles with the BMW Foundation, League of Intrapreneurs, B Lab (non-profit entity that certifies B Corporation companies), Grown in Haiti, and Tech Afrique, where he drives systemic change, racial equity, and regenerative economic systems. In 2013, he founded Freedom Through Knowledge, a nonprofit advancing education and opportunity for youth in Brazil, Haiti, and the U.S.
